Welcome to PawFeeder. We operate this Shopify-powered website to offer pet-feeding and enrichment products, samples, wholesale purchases, and selected customization services. These terms govern your use of the site and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Privacy policy and Refund policy. By using the store, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Access and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate account and order information. Keep your login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use. Our catalog includes smart feeders, water fountains, slow feeders, lick mats, snuffle mats, puzzle feeders, treat-dispensing toys, and interactive or chew toys. Images, colors, packaging, specifications, and availability may vary within the limits stated on the product page or agreed in a written quotation. Private-label and OEM work may require approval of samples, artwork, minimum quantities, and production terms before an order is accepted.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may ask for clarification or decline an order where stock, pricing, payment, destination, or compliance requirements prevent fulfillment. An order becomes accepted when we confirm it. Check product variants, carton quantities, delivery details, and customization instructions before submission. Contact us promptly if you need a change; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch begins.

4. Prices and billing

Prices shown at checkout or in an accepted quotation govern that transaction. Sample, carton, volume, and OEM prices may differ. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are added or allocated as stated at checkout or in the agreed quotation. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before acceptance and will let you decide whether to proceed on the corrected terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Shipping options, charges, import responsibilities, and destinations depend on the order and market. You must provide a deliverable address and any information needed for customs clearance. Risk and title pass as stated in the accepted order or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, designs, images, marks, and software belong to PawFeeder or their respective owners. You may use the site to evaluate and purchase products, but may not copy or exploit its content without permission. You confirm that artwork and branding supplied for customization may lawfully be used for your order.

7. Optional tools

We may provide optional features or links through other providers. Their own terms may apply, and availability can change.

8. Third-party links

Links to unrelated sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices; review their terms before using them.

9. Shopify

Shopify supplies the commerce platform for this store but is not the seller of PawFeeder products. Questions about our products, orders, or policies should be directed to us.

11. Feedback

You may send feedback or suggestions. Do not submit confidential information through a public review. You grant us permission to use feedback to operate and improve the store, subject to applicable law and our privacy policy.

We may correct inaccurate product information, pricing, or availability and update site content at any time. If a material correction affects an unaccepted order, we will contact you before proceeding.

13. Prohibited uses

If you order for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and that the business is responsible for the order.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your obligations under an accepted order without our consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, subject to your mandatory rights.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the PawFeeder business registered in Zhejiang Province, China, except where mandatory law in your location provides otherwise. Disputes are handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
